In an attempt to improve the quality of its services, the Regional Government of Biscay has set up this Office whose mission is to attend to requests for information made by the public in relation with this Administration, using efficiency and quality criteria.

Services it provides:

• Registration of documents and applications addressed to public administrations.
• Legalisation of original documents when either the copy or the original must be attached to case files being processed by public administrations.
• Receipt of claims and suggestions regarding the Regional Government services
• General information regarding the location of the Regional Government Departments and attached agencies, as well as their competences and formal steps required.
• Supply of certain forms and application forms and assistance to fill these out.
• Issuance of certain certificates.

Diputación 7, ground floor, 48009 Bilbao (Regional Library of Bizkaia, glass building, behind the Palace of the Provincial Government).

Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 to 13:30 hours, and 16:00 to 17:30 hours.
• Friday: 8:30 to 13:30 hours.
• From June 3 till October 1, the office is open only in the morning.
