Pursuant to Spanish Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, and Spanish Law 2/2004 of 25 February regarding Files containing Publicly-Owned Data of a Personal Nature and the Creation of the Basque Data Protection Agency and Spanish Royal Decree Law 1720/2007 of 21 December that approves the Regulations governing Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, you are hereby notified that your data will be included in a File, custody of which corresponds to the Office of the President of the Regional Government of Bizkaia.
The data collected are necessary for the management of persons subscribed to Get Connected! so as to receive Departmental notices.
The data fields marked with an asterisk must be filled in. Should you not provide this information, it will not be possible to take any further action.
You may exercise your rights of access, correction, cancellation and opposition by writing to the customer services department of the Office of the President of the Regional Government of Bizkaia at Calle Gran Vía 25, 48009 Bilbao (Bizkaia).
