Bizkaiko Foru Aldundia - Diputación Foral de Bizkaia

This vestibule contains some magnificent mosaics. It leads to the main staircase, the most important architectural feature in the building. At the foot of the staircase there are two stone sculptures in Hontoria stone carved by Joaquín Lucarini.
